By purchasing from cohcigars.com you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
 
On placing an order your credit card is authorized for the amount of the order. Your card is charged on the day of shipment or shortly thereafter.
 
Orders are generally shipped a day or two after receipt but in peak time the time to ship could be as much as 7 days. Should the delay be any more than 7 days we will contact you by email and give you the option to cancel your order.
 
Refund or Reship:
 
  		• Delivery is guaranteed. In the event of non-arrival of your order we will Reship or Refund your order at our discretion. A package is considered lost if it does not arrive in 28 working days.
     
  		• Damaged Items. We need to be informed at the time the goods are received, preferably by email with supporting pictures. Damaged items must be returned to us, at our expense. We will Reship or Refund your order at our discretion.
     
  		• Should you need to return any box please contact us by email at [email protected] for an RMA number and return instructions.
     
    Not Covered under our Reship / Refund policy:
     
  		• If the delivery address provided in the order is found to be incorrect there will be no refund or reship.
     
  		• We do Not accept returns on the basis of flavor profile and or taste. As cigars are a product made from naturally grown leaf there is certainly can be variation it the taste from box to box. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee personal taste preference.
